At JLL Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium gym equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the fitness equipment back into its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, tools, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Collection or Drop-off
For large equipment like treadmills, we will arrange a specialized courier collection; for smaller accessories, use our prepaid labels at any authorized drop-off point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
