We offer free standard delivery on most UK mainland orders. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days via our specialized two-man courier service for heavy equipment.
Do JLL Fitness products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our fitness equipment comes with a standard 12-month domestic warranty. Some items, such as treadmill motors and frames, may feature extended warranties for added peace of mind.
Can I return my equipment if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs for large items like treadmills or rowing machines are the responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay to help you spread the cost of your home gym setup.
Is assembly required for your fitness machines?
